Team Leader - Admin Support (Producer Support)

What this job involves – We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Team Lead to oversee our Producer Admin Support team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of administrative professionals who provide crucial support to our producers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

What is your day to day?  

Lead and manage a team of Producer Admin Support staffDevelop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulationsCoordinate with producers to understand their needs and optimize support and Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluationsHandle escalated issues and complex administrative tasksCollaborate with other team/departments to streamline workflowsManage resource allocation and workload distribution and Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members

Desired experience and technical skills  

Required

Excellent leadership and team management skills Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of professionals.Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving in a team environmentExperience in performance management, including setting goals and conducting evaluations.Strong understanding of the production industry and related administrative processes with minimum experience of 3 years in this settingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems and database managementKnowledge of project management methodologies or systemHas worked in a Real Estate Services companyInternal candidates must have completed the Leadership Readiness Program
