The position is located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, it is mandatory to work from office 3 days a week.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn you job you will:
Lead the team in daily operation including workload management for the team via tracking and reporting metrics. Build relationship with the Internal stakeholders ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items. Ensure processes are fully documented including any remittance or receipt level specific variance, along with an understanding of the background for these variances to ensure optimum standard processes. Work closely with the Credit Management team to address Cash On Account through prompt management of remittance advice and communication of significant values on key customer that are missing the appropriate back up. Communicate with treasury and external banks where required. Perform AR closing activities. Handle special projects as assigned and support identification of areas for improvement and/or automation options to enhance efficiency. Our requierements:
Minimum high school education in area of accounting or relevant work experience. Previous experience in supervision or leadership position in a high volume and time sensitive environment preferred, e.g. from Shared Service Centers. Team player with positive and open-minded attitude. Fluent English and Intermediate Polish are a must. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines. Leading by example with a hands-on approach – demonstrating detailed insights and full process overview. MS Office knowledge at least intermediate with more advanced Excel level. Advantage is knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, SAP and other areas of accounting.
