Team Leader - Customs Brokerage (North America)Your Part In It: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader for our Customs Brokerage department. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of customs agents, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations while facilitating smooth import processes. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of customs procedures, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of customs agents, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely submissions of customs documentation.Compliance Management: Ensure all customs entries comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in customs laws and practices.Training and Development: Develop training programs for new team members and provide ongoing professional development to enhance team skills and knowledge.Client Interaction: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address any issues related to customs entries, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on team performance, compliance metrics, and other relevant data to support management decision-making.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or challenges in customs documentation, working closely with customs authorities as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role(A Plus+).In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.(We will provide training)Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(excel).Strong writing English communication and interpersonal skills.

This full-time in-office position from Monday to Friday.
