Responsibilities $1.50/hr pay night shift differentialNight shift (6:30pm to 7:00am): 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 on, 3 days offReport to shift Coordinator.Promote a Safe & Productive team work environmentTrain new employeesAssist in managing the resources of the shift to ensure all goals are achievedOversee operators for compliances, supplies & assistance.Communicate between shifts to anticipate & prepare for any production concernsAssist in preparation & set up of the department assigned, but must be flexible to lead in any area as assigned by Shift coordinator and or management.Monitor operators for safe and quality operations. Report any non-conformances to shift CoordinatorUnderstand & perform machine operator duties when requiredDocument and report substandard productionPerform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required. Also assign responsibilities to operators to help maintain these items.Uphold Safety AbsolutesWork & perform to ISO standards, SOPs & established Work InstructionsUphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes.Lineup OT coverage as needed to maintain shift performance. Monitor machine performance and report issues to shift CoordinatorMake improvements that affect scrap and labor costs. Assess labor vs machines running and adjust manning as needed. Communicate these items to shift coordinator. Backup the shift coordinator in their absence. Complete webb eff entries for the shift.Other duties as assigned Qualifications Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.Capable of lifting up to 35lbs repeatedly.Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask.Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime.Work in a safe mannerPrevious experience in an assembly operation preferred.Must be able to lead and direct people.
