We are currently seeking a forward-thinker Team Leader for our Footwear Business Unit to lead the Design Footwear BOSS Man team.

This role involves overseeing the following key responsibilities:

What you can expect:

\n\tLead the Design Footwear BOSS Man team, acting as the main point of reference for the current collection and driving its evolution;\n\n\n\n\tDrive the design culture and consumer-facing look of the BOSS Footwear Man brand, ensuring adherence to the brand DNA and alignment with the collection framework;\n\tCoordinate and develop the design process for the assigned category, maintaining target costs, quality, schedules, and deadlines in line with company guidelines;\n\tProvide guidance to external partners, ensuring alignment with requests, timelines, company standards, and business targets;\n\tFoster collaboration with all HUGO BOSS apparel categories and act as a facilitating interface with functions like Global Product Management, Merchandising, and Product/Technical Development;\n\tPromote 3D culture within the team, support training and competency growth, and ensure participation in cross/special design projects and special capsules. \n\n\n

Your profile:

\n\tProven experience in a similar role, either as a Team Leader or Senior Designer, with a background in managing small teams within international fashion companies;\n\tStrong knowledge of footwear products, with a focus on casual and dress categories;\n\tPassion for innovative 3D technologies and their evolution;\n\tProfessional proficiency in relevant design software, including Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D software such as ICad 3D or Blender is a plus;\n\tFluent in English, with a willingness to learn or use Italian;\n\tWillingness to travel for research, innovation, and supplier evaluations to enhance design delivery and ensure alignment with product development.\n
