Team Leader Digital Operations

Brief Job Description:
Lead team members through the digital transformation journey by developing strategies and engagement, in partnership with Continuous Improvement manager. Act as a subject matter expert of all platform capability and provide solutions to the business to ensure application success. Leverage internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for digital tools, processes, and ways of working.

Position Responsibilities
• Develop into a subject matter expert for all shop floor digital applications.
• Knowledgeable in plant business design and ability to support with data requirements of a continuously evolving design
• Lead team members in identifying, managing, and resolving the plant’s process improvement opportunities. Supports continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service
• Ensure plant participation and signoff of architecting, designing, developing, benchmarking and executing solutions for business opportunities involving connected shop floor platform
• Leverage training applications to establish sustainable use of technology for communication and business use
• Leads Digital Plant super user network(s).
• Ensure plants participation in COE/Super User Network meetings and deliverables
• Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and efficiency and develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems
• Coach and mentor teams to effectively apply business agility frameworks and support them on their journey towards measurable levels of high-performance in the digital transformation phases
• Collaborate with production support on network access, application development and support continuous improvement of plant digital applications
• Inspires team towards swift and successful resolution of issues
• Ensuring adoption of existing digital analytic tools and exploring new analytics opportunities
• Prepare performance monitoring tools and programming applications
• Ability to connect and implement Day to day Business tasks to Automated solutions
