TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT 

FULL-TIME SHIFT OVERNIGHT 11:00PM-7:30AM

JOB SUMMARY: Provides for daily management and supervision of all activities within the Emergency Department Registration area.

Essential Functions:

Scheduling and Staffing Maintains adequate staffing for 24 hour coverage. Press Ganey Achieves departmental goal for scores within Emergency Room Registration. Communication Utilizes excellent verbal communication, telephone manner, interviewing and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, other departments etc. Teamwork/Self Management Presents a positive image through professional appearance and behavior.

Qualifications/Requirements Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Experience 1-3 years.
