JOB SUMMARY

Provides for daily management and supervision of all activities within the Emergency Department Registration area.

REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma 2-4 years Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital registration office is required in order to possess working knowledge of the functions required in the positions/job tasks of reporting staff Required
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Interpersonal skills, both written and oral are necessary in order to effectively communicate with persons at every level in the organization, as well as, customers including patients and insurance companies.
