Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for technical excellence and customer satisfaction? We are seeking a Field Service Team Leader - PI & Systems to join our dedicated Service team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Product Inspection and Systems division delivers outstanding service while maximizing operational efficiency.
Scope of Role:As the Field Service Team Leader, you will provide both proactive and reactive support to technicians in delivering high-quality service. Your focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction at the lowest possible operational cost while identifying revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively provide technical and operational support to Technicians and the service back office. Fully deputize for the Regional Service Manager - PI & Systems as needed. Engage in escalations to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions, maximizing customer satisfaction. Assist in maximizing chargeable opportunities and the overall management of the region.Actively demonstrate the support of other areas/departments within the company to ensure that a team spirit is observedCarry out customer site surveys with the goal of advising and quoting service workCarry out technician competency and safety audits.
What You Need to SucceedProven experience in successfully supervising a team of field-based service personnel.
