Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
• People manager role.• Be an expert on electrochemistry measurement as a technique for laboratory applications.• Provide pre- and post- sales support to internal (sales and service team) and external (dealers and end-customers) stakeholders.• Provide support via email-based support tool, telephone or online discussions.• Conduct online and classroom trainings for sales and service colleagues from Market Organizations in the Asia-Pacific region.• Conduct online as well as on-site trainings, webinars/seminars and product demonstrations/workshops for the end-customers of Asia-Pacific market.• Conduct online global sessions for Good Electrochemical Practices and Application Sessions.• Write workflows for various applications using MT data-management tool (LabX) and Automation for high-throughput.• Create training material and various reference documents as a part of our internal database.• Develop application and service expertise within the team.
What You Need to SucceedMinimum Qualification / Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Analytical/ Physical Chemistry or Engineering, desirable knowledge in electrochemistry/ titration/ water analysis.• Experience: 5 years in industry – Pharma, analytical labs or instrumentation. Work experience in MNC preferred. No Freshers.• Excellent analytical ability for problem solving and analytical hand in laboratory work.• Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power Point.• Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled in comprehensive report writing and data compilation.• Team performer as well as team handling experience. Well-organized.
