Team Leader - Guest Service Center (Telecommunications)

We are looking for a personable Team Leader – Guest Service Center (Telecommunications) whowill assist the Guest Service Manager in ensuring the efficient internal and external communications for both guests and colleagues at all times.

In this role, you will be handling guests and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and is expected to act proficiently in all aspects of emergency procedure and maintain professional discretion. As a team leader, you will also be responsible in supervising the performance of other associates in the department and delegating them with appropriate duties and responsibilities.

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

· Highly-developed communication and customer relations skills

· Working knowledge of different computer applications, OPERA system and PABX system

· In-depth understanding of Travel and Hotel industries

· Passion for working with people

· Fluency in other international language, other than English, is an advantage

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

· Highly-developed communication and customer relations skills
