Job Description Management of the Brand Specialists team in the field of hemato-oncology. At least 3 years of experience in managing a current sales team from a pharmaceutical company is a must, experience in product management is possible. Significant experience in Sales methodologies, training, training representatives / Brans Specialist in a dynamic and competitive environment. Leadership and leadership ability, strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategies into actions in the field, while properly prioritizing and guiding the team.
