SUMMARY
The Team Leader II, Contracts – Order Acceptance will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the Contracts- Order Acceptance Team. This position will handle daily operations of the team. The Team Lead II will be responsible for meeting specific goals and key business success metrics related to these functions. This Team Lead will report to the Philippine based Manager, Revenue Operations
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day activities with the team Provide daily leadership, guidance/assistance and support Monitors and manages absenteeism Setting objectives of the team that is aligned with the departmental goals Collaborate with US based team Approve subordinate payroll time and complete performance evaluations Conducts hiring interviews Administers corrective counselling and notification with Manager’s approval Identify issues and take appropriate action to resolve Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure goals are achieved Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc. Oversee workflow to ensure even and accurate distribution of workload to maximize productivity and performance Develop processes to improve team performance Document departmental procedures and work instructions in compliance with quality standards Regularly review departmental processes and work flows with view of improving efficiency and to ensure compliance with policies and standards Train team members as well as identify training needs for department Supervise the PH Executed, Account set up, Cancellation and Renewals team members on their day-to-day process Gain in-depth knowledge of the RealPage Contract Management process related to Executing Orders, Setting up Accounts, Cancellations and Renewals. Maintain working knowledge of standard legal agreements and required product terms in support of quote generation Provide continuous support and training to new and existing Account Administrators, Data and Renewals Analyst as products, processes, systems, and policies evolve. Collaborate with US based Contract Account Representative Team to ensure quality entry of quotes Collaborate with the Senior Management to specify productivity and quote quality enhancementsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduate or undergraduate of any AB or BS degree Minimum of 4 years’ experience in order/contract management or experience in a senior role Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal) Understanding of Real Page billing and services is preferred Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Sales Force experience is a plus Must be detailed oriented Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Encouraging, motivating, collaborative and highly adaptable to change Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside the organization Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented Excellent software user and reporting skills Proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office required Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones
