Team Leader II

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a working Team Lead position.  The ideal candidate will work alongside those within their pod and will perform many of the same tasks.  Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Vendor and insurance agent outreach via phone and/or email for vendors in Credential Key or on the Priority Vendor List.  Insurance, corporate and license document review, indexing and processing. Onboard vendors for the Credential Key Program by working directly with the insurance agent, initiating system links, applying applicable payment credits, processing insurance documents, distributing the welcome packet, etc. Oversight of SLA for all Salesforce tickets assigned to the team queue. Serve as the point of contact for inquiries or escalations related to Credential Key or Priority Vendor List. Assist with virtual office hour appointments as needed. Office hours are advanced functionality compared to what is offered through the standard support center.  As the office hour host, you will be responsible for driving the conference call while also using screen share technology to review an account with a vendor and/or their insurance agent.    Participate in the weekly rotation of Risk Advisory Services (RAS) projects designed to improve approval metrics for customers enrolled in the premium upgraded service. Team members will work both Credential Key and Non-Credential Key vendors for these campaigns. Participate in product testing related to system enhancements to ensure integrity of the Credential Key Program is not impacted. Report issues to the quality control team and leadership. Identify and drive campaigns that improve vendor enrollment and approval metrics. Prepare requested weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and/or audits. This also includes the ability to prepare a presentation that may be addressed virtually or in-person. Perform HR administrative tasks such as approval of timesheets and PTO requests. Assist with establishing team goals and helping drive team dynamics and performance. One-by-one coaching with team members to recognize individual achievements and maximize individual performance. Collaborate with other team leads within the organization to drive employee engagement. Perform additional duties as required.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Prior Vendor Credentialing experience preferred Strong knowledge of property & casualty insurance Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Strong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels in and out of the organization Able to learn new processes and tools in a fast-paced environment
