Team Leader (INDUSTRIAL)
Looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can apply your skills in machine operation and production?
Permanent, Full-time – Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
Location: Murarrie, Queensland
Team Size: 4–8 (flexes with project demands)
Growth & Development: Upskill in a supportive, trusted global Animal Health company
What You Will Do
Lead and support a team of production operators and supervisors across shifts
Oversee production to meet schedules—learn, operate, and troubleshoot machines as needed
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (OEE, yield, waste reduction) and drive performance
Manage team rosters, recruitment, training, and performance feedback
Maintain production planning and ERP system updates
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and lean manufacturing principles
Identify and implement improvements in procedures, machinery, and training
What You Must Have
Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
Strong machine operation knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent time management, organisation, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
Ability to collaborate and drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting
