KONE has an exciting opportunity for a Installation Team Leader, responsible for building long-term professional relations with existing customers and managing a team of technicians. You will be at the core of our activities and manage the installation projects in the region of Brussels.

Key activities:
Ensure customer retention by making sure agreed service agreements are met and that promises to the customer are kept (together with the rest of KONE team)
Communicate to customers that promises have been delivered
Ensure that customers' queries are answered on time and with the appropriate attention and makes sure complaints are solved accurately and on a timely basis
You are accountable for the sales leads volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
Ensure high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits and promoting safety and quality culture
Develop the competences, motivation and overall performance of the technicians
Ensure that the processes and installation methods are followed
Ensure the correct level of resourcing in the short-term through absence management and in the mid-term through capacity planning (together with your manager)
Accountable for determining and checking technicians’ performance objectives
Who are you
You hold a technical Bachelor’s degree
You already have a first experience in team management or project management.
You are communicative, autonomous and organized.
You are fluent in French and English and have a working knowledge of Dutch.
You have commercial feeling and interests
