If you have experience as Lead CSR, Senior CSR, Junior Team Leader or similar roles this might be a great next step for you!

Your main responsibilities would be:● Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations.● Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback.● Analyzing and improving current processes.● Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team.● Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work.● Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts.● Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client).
● Reporting to the business manager of the project.

What are we looking for?
● Great knowledge of English language (C1/C2)● Knowledge of Italian language would be an advantage● Experience in leading a team in the customer support industry● Ability to work from our office in Belgrade 50% of the time● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively● Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions,making sound decisions with limited supervision● Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment● Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct● Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers
