Baxter Thetford plant is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our line 7 team. You will work 42 hours per week working 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 and you will receive a competitive salary and a weekly shift allowance of £109.86.

Duties & responsibilitiesOrganize the teams daily work routine.Ensuring focus on delivery, safety & quality.Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed.Gather data to enable process / reliability improvement.Responsible for identifying and delivering process improvement activities & analytical reviews.Absence & performance management across the team.Support the recruitment process.Complete accurate shift report and identify actions relating to performanceCo-ordinate support for break downs.Responsible for overtime delivery & verification.Support department activities for the delivery and reviewing of change controls, CAPA’s internal audit actions, TCU, SOP’s etc.Co-ordination of training across the department, maintaining accurate records on the department training matrix.Overall responsibility for Shift Performance, and identifying areas for improvementEnsure quality standards are maintained and support the Quality department as and when required.
