Then here is an opportunity for you.** As an Logistics team leader in Grundfos, you will be responsible for the performance of a Logistics team through task guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce **Your main responsibilities:** + Responsible for Inbound/Outbound Logistics & Warehouse management + Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members + Providing distribution deliveries to customers in the specified region + Ensuring that the business outcomes are achieved. Stay trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos’ customers.  + Keeping day to day contact with 3PLs and forwarders  + Solving daily escalations, escalate if needed and initiate improvements for structural mitigation.  + Should be capable of handling a team of 15 members + Tracking, coordinating, managing inbound shipments  + Managing daily stock report  + Identifying opportunities and functional process improvements in the current order execution supply chain processes   **Your Background** : + Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with experience in logistics / supply chain in a large MNC + Most likely to have 5-10 years of relevant work experience + Experience in any manufacturing industry would be an added advantage + English & Hindi – Read/Speak - Mandatory + SAP knowledge is mandatory – WM & MM level + Should be strong in system – (MS-office – Excel (Pivot & formulas), PPT – with presentation skill **Do you want to learn more?** This position is based out of **_Ahmedabad_** .
