Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Responsible for consistently delivering on aggressive growth and profitability targets within their assigned region in order to position KNX as best-in-class, asset based, 3PL. Provide leadership to team of transportation analysts as they buy and sell freight in a dynamic environment. Align the group for rapid and profitable growth through training, development and coaching. Build and optimize the use of carrier partner relationships, alliance partnerships and other relations to deliver the most compelling short and long-term customer value propositions and efficient means of moving our customer's freight.
