Job Description:

The role is responsible for producing goods according to customer demand. He/she should collaborate with all departments responsible to run all injection molding machine according to production plan.

What You’ll Do:

Operation of injection molding machines producing plastic ear-tags for animals,Setting up and retooling injection molding machines (replacing molds)Setting and controlling of the injection machines parametersMaking small repairsPreparation of material for productionSupervision under production documentationManaging Teams, maintaining high motivation of production employees. Managing of production employees’ competences improvements – implementation of training programsDeclaration of production in ERP
