Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Nights) to join equipment management operation at our Sainsbury’s RRU site in East Kilbride. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.
This is a full time, permanent position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 18:00 – 06:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner Deal with all returned products and equipment Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
