Job DescriptionLead the team Strategic Core Service, incl. developing and managing transport network, Logistics Suppliers as well critical operations for around 50 plants in APAC; leading Intercontinental Transport tenders with close collaboration with Purchasing, GS corporate team and GB Steering Committee; continuously optimizing supply chain network and rolling out global TMS & InTrack system and so on.Conduct Supply Chain Resilience based on risk evaluation, and lead regional Crisis Task Force during COVID19, UA War, Red-Sea crisis, and other black swan incidents to ensure business continuity.Collaborate with all related stakeholders to ensure RB business continuity and the best cost-performance.Develop & lead Local4Global projects, enhance Digitalization Transformation and lay solid foundation for business decisions.Develop and maintain team talents based on future-oriented business competence and digital skills.

QualificationsBachelor/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Int’l trade or other equivalent.+10 years’ experience in supply chain management, international transportation. Leadership in the past is a plus.Sharp business acumen, strong decision-making skills on a high level of sophistication.Ability to work and deliver with complex stakeholders. Capable of leading a 10+ team into high performance under huge pressure.Tender management experience is preferred with strong PM skill.Excellent communication & collaboration skills. Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.Accountable, proactive, customer oriented and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment.
