Provides care to persons with a serious mental illness requiring assertive community treatment. Works to create a climate that encourages the establishment of team identity. Qualifications Education and Work Experience + Three years post graduate clinical counseling or related experience required and experience with persons with serious and persistent mental illness. The ages of patients served will be considered in selecting and assigning staff for the position. Licensed required for MSW?s. + LPC, LCSW, LSW, LCADC, LMFT, RN or Licensed Psychologist Preferred for Independent Practice. + Master's Degree in social work or counseling field, and license eligibility preferred.
