**Job Summary**
The Job holder will be responsible for all frontend IT support IT Infrastructure, Application support, Quality IT, Manufacturing IT, CSV, Regulatory Requirements, Audit, Procurements and Payment process for Guwahati.
**Areas Of Responsibility**
1. The Job holder will ensure the smooth IT operations at Guwahati plant.
2. The Job Holder will ensure IT Regulatory compliance at Guwahati plant.
3. Management of IT Infrastructure, Inventory for hardware and software.
4. Backup-restoration, Archival-Retrieval of electronic data.
5. Resolving on going Hardware /Software Problem with the support of FMS team at the site and corporate teams.
6. Management of quality informatics, Laboratory Applications such as Empower-III, Lab-X etc.
7. Management of manufacturing informatics, Data Loggers, PCLs, SCADA & DCS systems.
8. L1 support to all global application like EDMS, LMS, Track wise, SAP-HANA, LIMS, Metis (ERP).
9. Contribute for preparation of IT SOPs, CSV - Computer system qualification & validation, Maintain IT regulations & compliance, regulatory audit support.
10. To perform QMS activities such as CCRs, incidents, deviations and CAPAs. Follow-up to close all CCR/Deviation/investigation/CAPA related to all infra system in a timely manner.
11. To support Implementation of site-based projects and Global projects at the site.
12. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for various application support and project execution.
13. Understanding of IT security policies, domain policies, malware and antivirus.
14. Procurement & payment process management.
15. People Management process for IT Team

Based on Approved Budgets for the sites Both Opex & Capex
**Job Requirements**
**Educational Qualification**
BE/B. Tech, MCA, BCA, MSc IT, BSc. IT, Graduation + PGDCA.
**Specific Certification**
NA
**Experience**
8 12 Years in IT Operations, Preferably in Pharma Manufacturing.
**Skill (Functional & Behavioural):**
IT Infrastructure Management, CSV Support, IT regulatory requirements, Quality Informatics and Manufacturing Informatics.
