Team Leader Project Administration

The Project Administration Team Leader plays a key role in leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for project administration deliverables. This role ensures operational excellence, acts as the first point of contact for project administration activities, and collaborates with European partners to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Lead the Project Administration team on a daily basis, ensuring high performance, speed, and quality in project-related deliverables; Act as the primary contact and escalation point for internal and external customers regarding project administration; Establish and drive employee objectives in alignment with European strategic plans; Develop and implement training programs, from onboarding to continuous technical improvement; Build strong partnerships with other departments to achieve business goal; Monitor and improve team performance by setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs); Identify gaps in performance and implement action plans to drive improvements; Ensure work processes stay in sync with Emerson’s quality standards, implementing necessary improvements where needed; Manage workload distribution, backup planning, and resource allocation to ensure timely task completion; Lead recruitment efforts and drive employee development, satisfaction, and retention; Conduct performance appraisals and support career growth opportunities for team members; Organize regular team meetings and ensure transparent communication across all levels Owns project administration responsibilities by executing Tier 2 & 3 projects, ensuring alignment with PMO project methodology.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A university degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a business administration and customer-facing role; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of tasks; Proficiency in English; 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Previous experience in people management and/or continuous improvement; Experience in project administration within a multinational or matrixed environment; Strong analytical skills to assess performance and implement improvement strategies;
