Team Leader - Reservations, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Reservations will assist in managing the reservations department which includes managing daily operations, implementing strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

The Team Leader - Reservations will assist in managing the reservations department which includes managing daily operations, implementing strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or any related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations or front office operations within luxury hotels is preferred.Proficient in hotel reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and analytical skills to monitor performance and enhance results.Good interpersonal, communication, organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations effectively.
