Team Leader (Sales Sched/Demand Planner)

Responsible for the Customer Service / Sales Scheduler area, leading a team to the following processes:

Processing complex external and internal customers' orders process through the whole process chain, as well as monitoring Kanban control loops to the customer, or controlling consignment movements in clearly defined contextsEnsuring complex customers' orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production planRaising awareness for customers call-off fluctuations and demand de- or increases effecting productionEnsuring customers satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supply situation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status in clearly defined contextsClarifying root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons in clearly defined contextsDetermining, entering and managing IT-based master data for area of responsibilityActively checking customers portals for new logistics requirements, customers performance evaluations and logistical claimsContributing to achieve planned finished goods stock level for complex running projects, as well as complex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNsImproving delivery service level constantly, by optimizing logistics costs in clearly defined contexts
