For SN R&I-Process & Technology, we are offering a Team Leader Shelf Life position. You will join our Food Sciences and Technologies team and report to the Senior Team Leader FST. The role is based in Utrecht.
Your main responsibilities
As Team Leader Shelf Life, you are accountable for the organization, execution, and securing data belonging to shelf life studies performed within your team. Importance of these studies is highlighted by the key role of your team in registration of our specialized nutrition portfolio to global markets. These studies are mainly requested by the product development teams, who are our main internal stakeholder and customer. In addition to managing a total team of more than
10 Ftes, with at least 6 direct reports, you will keep track of department KPIs and deliver high-quality output, all within the department's ISO9001 quality management system.
Your key responsibilities are:
To excel in this position, our ideal candidate should have a strong affinity with or already have some experience in leading teams. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required. We are looking for someone who is a solution-driven problem solver, possesses analytical thinking, can work both independently and as a team player, is result-oriented, innovative, proactive, has a hands-on mentality, attention to detail, is ambitious, and decisive.
