Team Leader Solutions: Application Engineering & Inside Sales
**Team Leader Solutions, Application Engineering & Inside Sales:** The Team Leader Solutions, Application Engineering & Inside Sales, will be based in the Dubai office, reporting to the Application Engineering and Inside Sales Manager. You will be responsible for supporting businesses across the Middle East and Africa. You will have 3 direct reports. The role's responsibility includes local and international travels to meet existing customers. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Provide technically sound optimum solutions, addressing the customer project requirements and timelines + Works collaboratively with the sales team as vital and focuses on meeting Quarterly/Yearly budget quotas. + Candidate should be able visit customers for technical meetings and site service requirements + Review of Project requirements (Data sheets, Specifications, Procedures etc.) to Identify the scope & Emerson Products that can be offered. Size and select the best solution. Produce formal customer quotations using price books or quotations from intercompany factories or suppliers. + Generate Skid Sizing Calculations, drawings, and detailed Technical & Commercial Proposals required to bid. + Prepare tender packs for Supply Chain Management to issue to the suppliers e.g., Filters, Heaters, Meters, Valves... Technically evaluate and help drive compliant offers for consideration in overall skid costing. Generate Skid Fabrication Drawings for 3rd party suppliers to ensure accurate and driven pricing. + Directly work with Pressure management and other business units for Emerson products as appropriate e.g. Regulators, PRV, Valves, Flow Computers, Meters, and Transmitters. + Prepare overall costing sheet to review with the project management office (PMO) team before submission of quotes. + Coordinate with (PMO) right from the quote stage to ensure the project requirements are taken care of and execution plans aligned internally. + Ensure resultant purchase orders are clean and in line with quotation and agreed terms and conditions. + Work in a timely, accurate, and proactive manner with a focus on customer service levels (i.e. meeting bid submission deadlines and turnaround time metrics) + Develop, mentor, lead and handle the team for productivity and efficiency. Identity and develop internal talent. Guarantee positive team culture. + Improve training & development plan for the Inside Sales team Solutions. + Empower team members to take initiative and develop innovative ideas. + Ensure sales, finance, legal policies and procedures are met. + Ensure factory support is valuable by frequent communication & coordination. + Owning the technical discussion as vital for sophisticated RFQs. + Support the CRM initiative to ensure that all quotes are logged accurately. + Coordinate with OE/OM is vital for smooth execution. + Identify and target key customer segments and develop tailored value propositions for each. + Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. + Stay abreast of industry-standard processes and emerging technologies related to pressure-reducing skids. **Who You Are?** You build and provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
