Team Leader - Spa, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Spa is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the spa reception area including handling guest inquiries and appointments and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service.

The Team Leader - Spa is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the spa reception area including handling guest inquiries and appointments and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service.

Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years of work experience as Lead Host or Team Leader in Spa within luxury hotels is preferred.Professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
