**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Support sales in the pursuit phase by presenting engineering delivery capabilities to customers.
+ Responsible for ensuring engineering compliance to the Integrated Management System (HSEQ) and for promoting a continuous improvement culture within the engineering team.
+ Conducting project evaluations concerning the engineering process
+ Promote commercial metrics within the engineering group, encouraging delivery to budgets and the prioritisation of change management.
+ Other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ BSc in Engineering or equivalent work-based experience.
+ At least 5 years’ experience in Project Services and coordination activities
+ People management experience
+ Experience of developing customer relationships.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Knowledge of and experience in the multiple industries
+ Proficient English (verbal and written) and local language skills is a plus, excellent communicator
