In this role, you are responsible in assisting the outlet management team plan, organise & supervise the restaurant and provide hands-on support to all colleagues within the outlet. **Qualifications:** Ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria: A Diploma or Degree in hospitality management is preferred. Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel or high-quality restaurant is required.
