Job Description

As the Engineering Team Leader in XC, you supervise and lead a local team of systems and software engineers. The exciting products range from driver assistance, like radar and camera products, driving and parking features, to interior sensing and your focus will be our Digital Key product line. Technical guidance, strategic leadership, mentoring of the team, further growth (hiring) and running the day-to-day business of a high performing engineering team are some of the highlights of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or relevant engineering degree5+ years of experience in automotive developmentExperience leading technical projects or leading a team of engineersExperience in quality and release process for Bosch productsExperience with international teams and international collaborationExperience in ASPICE or similar methodology

Preferred Qualifications: 

A passion for mentoring and people managementPractical experience with security in automotiveFamiliar with systems engineering (e.g. systems architecture)8+ years of experience in automotive software developmentPractical experience with managing MCR resources and budgets and/or capital investment planningIndependent and flexible to work in fast paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills
