What will be your role?

Manage business process operations to keep the service delivery agreed upon with our business partners

Build and maintain strong credibility and relationships with different set of business partners and stakeholders

Cooperate, lead and develop team of 18 people

Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Support the development and implementation of strategic plans

Understand partner´s visions and frame their expectations into actionable roadmaps

Plan and execute diverse projects

Other adequate tasks as allocated by Process Manager

Your skills and qualifications:

Min. 2 years of leadership experience

Working experience within business services would be of advantage

Proficient English, French language would be an advantage

Strong organization and managerial skills

Strategic and analytical skills

Strong focus on people and their development

Innovative mindset and customer orientation

Salary:

From 2300 EUR/month, our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
