You will be accountable to the Manager of Loyalty & Retention and is responsible for the contribution of your respective team. You will be required to work with the Manager, Loyalty & Retention to continually evolve and improve the overall loyalty and retention value proposition, with all levels of Moneris merchants within the SMB portfolio. In leading a team you will create an environment and culture that will enable the Loyalty & Retention Consultants to retain business, creating loyalty with a focus on growth and profitability.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
