We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Manager who will play a crucial role in setting the direction, operational approach, and tone for their team, blending strategic planning, human resource management, and operational oversight. Key responsibilities include: Responsibilities Leadership: Inspiring team members, setting clear goals, and making strategic decisions. Communication: Maintaining open, effective communication within the team and organization, holding regular meetings, and providing feedback. Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources efficiently to meet budget and operational goals. Performance Management: Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and facilitating training to enhance skills. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Addressing issues and conflicts to improve team performance. Recruitment and Staffing: Identifying staffing needs, hiring new team members, and promoting a positive work environment. Change Management: Leading the team through organizational changes and managing transitions. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring operations adhere to legal standards and managing risks. Project Management: Managing projects from start to finish within designated timelines. Development and Training: Identifying and providing training opportunities for professional growth. Motivation and Team Building: Creating a supportive environment and organizing team-building activities. Reporting and Administration: Tracking team performance and managing administrative tasks. Effective team managers significantly influence team morale, quality of outcomes, and organizational success by combining compassionate leadership with strategic decision-making. Qualifications Minimum of 2 to 3 years or more in a Supervisory role in a BPO/call center setup Team management in a sales business development, lead generation, and appointment setting is a MUST Experience with Marketo is preferred Experience with sales and marketing, including lead generation and appointment setting Must have good presentation skills Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure Must be detail-oriented and tech-savvy (G- Suite, Salesforce) Smart, strategic thinker and a tactical executioner Amenable to working US Central time zone Amenable to working onsite and remotely, when needed
