Team Manager

To be a successful "Team Manager", you should have experience with

Co-ordination with the stakeholders (TA partners, Screening Governance team, Screening Vendor andFinger Printing vendor, CRES, etc.).Monthly reporting of screening pass/failure to SG team and internal managementMonitor the daily volume and work allocation.Perform the weekly Controls & Checks.Manage the internal/external audit.Monitoring of ControliQ.Escalation Management.Regular 1x1 with team member and raise issues timely to the management.Responsible for training the team for any new process/update, etc.,Monitor the Finger Printing activity for the Non-US population PAN India and ensure it is closed and well tracked.Knowledge on Workday system.Experience in contract issuance and people screening process in the recent past is preferable.

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge on Workday system is a should have.Graduation (Completed)

Purpose of the role

To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party vendors. 

Accountabilities

Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys aligned with bank policies and regulations, including performance management, rewards, benefits and learning operations documentation, coordination, and administration.On- and offboarding of new employees, (including orientation, documentation, coordination, exit interviews), knowledge transfer performance, rewards, learning operations and related administration.Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics.Provision of guidance and support on candidate, colleague and alumni queries relating to HR policies, procedures, processes, or guidance.
