Team Manager


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our Life and Annuities Insurance Products division. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 13 years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in Agency Management Life New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. The work model is from the office with rotational shifts.


Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Life and Annuities Insurance Products team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all processes and procedures.Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.Monitor and analyze team performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and information flow.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.Lead the team in the development and implementation of new insurance products and services.Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards.Provide technical expertise in Agency Management Life New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and competitor activities.Support the team in achieving individual and collective targets ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Life and Annuities Insurance.Demonstrate strong technical skills in insurance products and domain expertise in Agency Management Life New Business and Life and Annuities Insurance.Exhibit excellent leadership and team management abilities.Show proficiency in English both written and spoken.Have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Display a customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.
