Team Manager, Manchester We have a new opportunity for a Team Managers to join a Large Loss Casualty team based in Liverpool or Manchester. This leading insurance team is looking for a team manager to drive performance against targets, KPIs, SLAs and SOPs to deliver operational excellence and financial performance for clients. The role Involves: Performance management, coaching and mentoring to get the best out of people to ensure individual/ collective targets are met Manage capacity, recruitment and throughput of work for profit Ensure completion of progressive monthly 121s to drive great performance and outcomes Undertaking and if necessary leading on strategic project work that drives operational excellence, process improvement and compliance. Mentor and develop team members for progression You will ideally have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in the above area of work.
