Job Purpose and Impact
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong business acumen and knowledge of the Travel and Expense function in the global Travel and Expenses team with experience in operationalizing processes and has prior experience in implementing solutions such as Concur, Concur detect and effectively streamline and automate processes and bring best practices based on internal and external insights. Key responsibilities include managing the overall operational delivery and executing transformation roadmap, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to draw on synergies drive sustainable transformations across the travel and expense landscape.
Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for direct oversight of the Travel and Expense programs, owning and driving both the daily operations and the global strategy for the programsIn depth understanding in SAP concur expenses and has subject matter expertise in driving concur deployment Drives collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to resolve issues, recognize opportunities, and drive continuous improvement using design-thinking and customer centric mindsetHands on experience in report building using cognos reporting tool and other analytical toolsDriving functional and business requirements for concur implementation and playing a key role in the implementation of Concur, including system configuration, user training, and change management.Fraud detection and implementation of solutions such as Concur detectResolution of queries raised by team members and work closely with cross functional teams /project team /IT team for resolutionIdentify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to optimize expense reporting processesStay updated on global policies, regulations, and best practices related to expense reporting and ConcurCoaching the team and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for concur related issues and strong accounting knowledge Has strong experience in ERP migrations and decommissioning activities and hands on experience on SAP and JDE Excellent people management skills Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field with 12+ years of experience working in Travel & Expenses management.Subject matter expertise in SAP Concur and cognos reporting Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to interact with different levels of stakeholdersContinuous improvement background and prior experience working on implementing Concur detectPrior people management experience managing large teams e SAP Concur certification is added advantage Preferred QualificationsIndepth knowledge in SAP Concur Expense Exhibits high levels of judgment, innovation and creativity; is a critical thinkerExcellent documentation and requirements analysis with experience developing and/or presenting business casesStrong hands-on experience in ERP such as SAP /JDEAbility to lead end to end concur implementation, testing and support project milestones
