As a Coding Team Manager, you will be responsible for team management, service delivery of day to day in coding functions to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet contractual SLA’s. It also involves being responsible for quality delivery and team performance. • Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer deliverables are met in regard to on-time delivery of service and quality of work • Manage, train & develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction • Should have managed a team / group of 40 - 60 FTEs • Provides assistance in developing coding practice standards and policies and suggests the appropriate trainings to improve the performance of the team. • Managing client interaction and customer engagement, as well as coordinating with client and internal teams. • Periodically review teams' performance and recommend performance improvement plan wherever required • Responsible for work allocation / distribution to the team and monitor the teamwork • Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report KPI’s; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as required • Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner • Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers by demonstrating the gaps, trends & patterns identified during the data/report compilation • Drive improvement projects on productivity, improve SLA’s and quality • Ensure brand integrity through adherence to standards and procedures in an effort to attain established profitability goals and brand awareness in the marketplace • Communicate with existing and prospective clients • Identify & implement technology solutions that help in improving Coding efficiency.
