Job Description

Managers in this role get to:

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus).3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry.2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability.A talent for mentoring and developing teams, providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration.Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools, and problem-solving to make informed decisions.Experience in strategic planning, aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success.A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability.A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
