Vehicle Profit Team Manager – Hybrid - Budapest
Responsibilities
Measure Analyze consistency between Business Plan SM Data throughout the year.
· Validate SM Data in Business Plan Overall Project Status during BP making stage.
· Conduct Profitability Studies to support OPD Core Team.
· Prepare A3P Periodical Reports with Analysis.
· Update Program Milestone Data.
· Prepare MSRP Reports and Updates.
· Stakeholder management (local, global, regional and external parties)
· As a window person for A3P group
Qualification and Experience
· Chartered Accountant or Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
· Relevant product costing experience
· 7 yrs relevant experience (E2E Finance Accounting processes) Engineering or Sales Marketing Ideally in an independent function with exposure to executive stakeholders
· Proven Knowledge Practice of international accounting standard (IFRS)
· In case team management is part of the scope of activity 4 yrs supervisory and people management experience
Specific technical knowledge
· Strong business acumen and financial background
· Computer literacy, including advanced excel
· Knowledge and understanding of key business processes
· Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (specifically MS Excel) and ERP

Language
· Fluent spoken and written English

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills: ability to reduce complexity of data and provide insightful information to support decision making around profit optimization
· Conceptual, strategic and outside the box thinking abilities
· Rigorous, methodical and detail-oriented
