Position Overview

Team Members provide exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Crew to support operational standards and procedures. This position is directed by the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders and involves direct interactions with guests and members of the operations team.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available.

Pay Transparency

Starting Pay Rate - Up to $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Some of the Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists customers with menu orders while making additional recommendations. Prepares and packages food and drink products.Serves food items by all Brand, Company, and health department regulationsProvides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly mannerSupports the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exteriorMaintains health and safety standards in work areasUnloads and stocks inventory items as neededEnsures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsFollows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies

Qualifications

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of ageComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkersWillingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stationsAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysDemonstrate the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange correct information in these situations.Tolerance to cold and hot temperatures and able to work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noisesReach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for an entire shift, including reaching for objects overheadPush, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
