Position Title:  Team Member

Reports To: General Manager

Overview

A Dunkin’ Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

Follow Brand standards, recipes and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package orders and serve to guestsUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and guest areasStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)Follow speed of service standardsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
