Associate will report to a Process Supervisor in back-office/middle-office delivery environment.
Day-to-day processing of simple to complex transactions as per standard operating procedures.Deliver on individual targets & contribute towards team KPIs/KRIs metrics.Support all additional activities performed in the team which are part of wider initiatives.Knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations and a working knowledge of bank policies, programs, procedures and financial practices.Work effectively in a team & collaborate with all stakeholders.Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills leveraging various inhouse domain & process trainings.Flexible to work across rotating work shifts aligned to the supported business geographies.Job Title - Team Member
