Job Description

Weekly travel to Permian Basin required.

The purpose of this job is to oversee all elements of Pilot Owned and Leased Housing in the U.S. including compliance, Team Member experience, maintenance technicians and vendor resources for security and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

Manage Team Member relations, including leasing, rent deductions, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling, overseeing vendor services, and conducting regular property inspectionsDevelop and implement comprehensive property management plans to optimize property performance and maximize profitabilityPrepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are metEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing regulations and safety standardsOversee the leasing process including lease execution, executing move in and move out processes, and restoring property to optimal conditions prior to leasingFoster positive relationships within pod communities, provide regular updates on property performance and address any concerns or issuesForecast future property maintenance projects to include material cost and labor and identify long-term improvement projects and cost associatedModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma requiredBachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationIntermediate Microsoft Office skills requiredStrong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate and interact effectively with diverse levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision makingSelf-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectivesExcellent customer service skillsTravel required up to 80%Additional Information
