Team Member Morning/Mid Shift

SPEED: Blend and serve the perfect smoothie or smoothie bowl QUICKLY and within 3 minutes and 30 seconds! This is not a suggestion but a requirement! If you are looking for a slow-paced job where you can breeze by with little effort, this is not the job for you. We work FAST! We work with an understanding of our customer’s time, and we respect it. We work with a sense of urgency to quickly and effectively get the job done. COMMUNICATION: Communication is KEY AND MANDATORY for this position! We use a GroupMe app for communication and updates. However, regular phone communication with owners, managers, and other team members in a POSITIVE manner is crucial. CAN HANDLE STRESS: Team members MUST work under high pressure well and be able to juggle multiple tasks at a time. We work quickly, we work with authority to do the job well, and we all pull our weight to make sure the next shift is prepared and set up for success! JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Ability to show up on time for every scheduled shift with a willingness and positive attitude to work. Properly preps all product while demonstrating food safety. Completes store checklist during EVERY shift. These tasks include restocking, prepping product, dishes, CLEANING, and general upkeep. Remains calm, positive and levelheaded with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume time Completion of all Online Training and willingness to complete additional training as Smoothie King Corporate rolls out new smoothies, offerings, and marketing opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is REQUIRED AND ESSENTIAL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on GUEST SATISFACTION Strong attention to detail.
