Oversee the check-in and check-out process, reporting any necessary corrective action and assisting in general relations between team members, the National Park Service and Delaware North to ensure compliance with company policies and housing directives Supervise Housing Attendants and Drivers, including management of schedules and follow-up on all cleaning, landscaping, general maintenance, and deficiencies related to housing Work closely with the maintenance department and outside contractors for any repairs and issuing of work orders, ensuring pest management for housing units follows National Park Service guidelines Coordinate, source, and administer capital projects for company housing Collaborate with leadership to plan and schedule team member activities, field trips, and events to promote a healthy, balanced work-life environment Drive a company vehicle as needed More about you High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or similar is preferred A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, operations, or hospitality management experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a National Parks preferred Property management experience and proficiency in Spanish preferred Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including advanced proficiency in Excel A valid driver’s license is required Physical requirements Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs frequently Ability to stand for prolonged periods Ability to lift to 50 pounds Requires frequent driving of company vehicles and occasional driving in winter conditions Shift detailsDay shift
